after BRAT rave back in August, the BK party girls were itching for a new event, and this time it was inspired by lesbian pop icon, Chappell Roan. “the party itself was highly requested by my audience,” Chloe Philips, founder + producer of Chlomosexual Presents says. “as a Chappell Stan, it just felt like a fun and lighthearted party to wrap up the summer with.”

so last Friday hundreds gathered at Brooklyn Monarch for Chlomosexual’s Pink Pony Rave, “a pink af boiler room style dance party full of all the HOT TO GO remixes you’ve been craving.”

we got all the Chappell remixes and more from DJs Luis Fernando, ZOSA, and Tasheff. singer, Chrissy Chlapeka did a special pink performance including her song “I’m So Hot” and “Judas” by Gaga. and of course she sang “Pink Pony Club” while holding a giant FLAMER joink.

this FLAMER joink stunt was obviously inspired by Chappell’s iconic Gov Ball entrance back in June. “i texted Chrissy about it, and she loved the idea so we went with it,” Chloe says.

while we didn’t have a giant red apple for her to come out of, we made sure the red joink was larger than life.
